BIBLE STUDIES - choose the day and time that works best for you!

    Sunday morning - 9:15 Education Hour

    Sunday Lessons
    - Fellowship Hall
    have you ever been to church, and while you were listening to one of the Bible readings wished you could interrupt the pastor and ask a question about it? Here's your chance to ask those questions - Studying the Sunday Lessons meets each Sunday morning to explore the Bible readings and to give participants a chance to ask thoses unasked questions. Sound interesting? Then stop by any Sunday.
  • Nooma - Room 10
    This 4-week class in May will use ALL NEW video clips to stimulate discussion. Wade Johnson, DCE will lead participants in looking at a broad range of issues dealing with how Christianity meets our culture.


    Tuesdays
    Men's Bible Study meets at 7:00-7:50 AM at the OK Cafe. What a great way to start your Tuesday! Gather with others around the coffee or breakfast table to study the Bible readings for the following Sunday. Leader: Pastor Carl Rehwaldt. 

    Wednesdays

    Wednesday morning Bible Class - 9-10:00 AM -Room 11.
    On May 7, we’ll start a new 6-week study entitled “God’s Grace in the Sixties.” By reflecting upon the history of the U.S. in the 1960's, and drawing on our own experiences, we’ll see God at work and discover Scriptural themes worth discussing.

Parenting Classes

• Parenting with Love and Logic
Classes are held twice a year - February and September
*** This course in parent training offers effective, low-stress ways to communicate with chidlren, ages 2-20. Whether you're looking for answers or just wanting to improve your existing skills - this course is for you!! Call the church office at 462-5044 for more information.

Children's Christian Education

Sunday Morning Classes
† Parents & Two’s invite all two-year old children and parent(s) to meet in rooms 02-03 for a variety of lesson based activities.
† Age 3 - Grade 2 will meet in the church sanctuary for singing followed by activities in individual classrooms. Parents are asked to pick up their students at their classroom.
† Grades 3 - 8 meet in individual classrooms for an hour of activities based on the Sunday’s Bible Lessons.
† Grades 9 - 12 meet in Room #8 for Bible Study.


May Sunday School Lessons

This month’s lessons come from the book of Acts. Take a minute to read and talk about these stories.
May 4 – Philip and the Ethiopian (Acts 9:1-31)
May 11 – The Conversion of Paul (Acts 9: 1-31)
May 18 – Peter and Cornelius (Acts 10)
May 25 - Peter’s Escape from Prison (Acts 12)

May’s Sunday school offerings will be given to the Thrivent Builds (Habitat for Humanity project) for supplies to build a shed in conjunction with our 2008Vacation Bible School’s theme of Habitat for Humanity.

Bus Service Available
Just a reminder that we offer church bus transportation for children or adults who may need rides for Worship or Sunday School each Sunday morning or Word on Wednesdays. Call the church office to make arrangements.
